Constant Demand

Due to the constant demand from a friend here is a new blog post. If you haven't noticed I am not the biggest blogger in the world but here is the run down of about the last three or four months.

While attending Maeser Prep, I signed up to be the props master for the Secret Garden, The Musical. Little did I know this was more than I bargained for. I went and told the drama teacher that in the past I had been a stage manager, and that I knew I had never worked for him and that it was my word against his judgment but he took me on very quickly. It didn't take long for me to have more than one assignment. I was reading lines, making posters, building and moving sets as well as props, as well as taking notes for him, the cast and crew. I was running around like a chicken with out a head. Then I found out that Cam, the director, was in another product at the same time that he was trying to get us ready for our show. He would leave rehearsal early to go to his other rehearsal and leave me there to run practice. I was credited as the props master and that was all. On closing night, he made it back to the school after his own show before curtain call. He came up on stage and said "I was very irritated the way one of my techies was credited. I would like to make a change to the props master. Hadleigh Craig was more than that. She was our student director this year." He then had me come out on stage and be recognized.

I'm not attending Maeser next year. For more than reason. We can not afford 400 dollars in gas a month. I miss my baritone. I love the viola by my baritone was my first love. I need my life back. I miss sleep and my local friends. I will be going to Bingham High School this fall. Yay... I am already in the marching band and will be playing in the pit orchestra for Beauty and the Beast as well as non audition band and orchestra. I will be finishing my required credits and taking AP music Theory.

MOMMY IS GETTING MARRIED! That is all I have to say on that. Well mostly. I love the guy. He's IS MY DAD! He has been around much more than my father every has. I can't wait til December now!

Trek was pretty awesome. Other than getting sick the first night, falling face first in the river, and getting my sleeping bag soaked through. I had to do my laundry on trek, and roast my shoes and sleeping bag over the fire. Yay ME!!!

What is it that I normally put here? Is a quote or a book? I can't remember.
